Rumors of attacks via the Raiders circulate around the Federation, into the lands of Agryis where they roam and the undead walk freely. Just beyond the river outpost, they stake to the ground one of the Roost's oldest protectors: Caelius Maw. In releasing what remained of him from torment, a strange gas erupts from the corpse. It spreads through the air, even as the fire piled high. What lays in store for the Federation, as they face what can only be construed as an attempt at alchemical warfare? Only the coming Annals of a Dark Age can truly tell.
